Accident is good, when...

Waking up on Saturday morning, it was fun to go out and meet what the day would feel and how it was going to be.

On the busy road and express of Ibadan, 'I dodged and try to escape lots of potholes', it was possible to move away from some, others couldn't be escaped.

Finally, I got into the main road that seem free for a moment; only to notice that I was not the only one trying to get free and move to a clearer part. The difference about the scenario was; ‘some successfully made it through while some did not’.

Though, I was not a witness to the accident but it was so painful to see the lifeless body beside the accidented vehicles on the express. She looked very industrious. She sure left the house early (it was just 6:50.am) to meet up with the market that sells fresh and cheap foodstuffs that she probably deals in. She must have said to her naighbour and friend  words like 'Ekaaro iya Sukura',(iya Sukura, good morning) 'mofe losi oja' ( I'm going to the market), 'mi o ni pe de ( I'll be back soon)...

Oh! Little did she know that, that would be the end of her journey in life ...

Life was out of her, she lay there lifeless with all that she left the house with. An early raiser, hardworking, selfless and no-makeover woman who wanted to face a fresh weekend in a more delightful way...
It's so sad to see you cut-off from this planet at your prime, I'm sure you had many plans and aspirations that were yet to be birth. Alas! You could not bring them into form.

Many, including your children will miss you...

Eternal rest is what I wish you. May God help us to always live right, when we do, accident will not really be a bad thing when it happens.

Rest in peace Stranger!
